We are Real Estate Pwners and Gamers
I say this because, although pwnhomes.com is a site that is written by gamers and for investors, it is essentially just a place to teach you the reader that your passions, interests and goals should not be set aside.
Real Estate should be the catalyst that allows you to do what you want in life – plain and simple.
If I were to pick a job, it would be to help others obtain their goals without sacrificing their interests and family to do so. This is why we always pick on the N00bs. They think they know what they want, but in reality, they only know what they want based on what they think is possible. Until you decide that you can do things that others say can’t be done. You are a N00b, deal with it.
Take a second and think about what you truly want in life. Cars, happiness, family, homes, money – whatever it is. How do you plan to have these things and even more importantly, why do you want these things?
Will you work day in and day out to save your money, so one day you can spend all that money you saved and say “Boy! Am I going to enjoy this money I hardly have time left to enjoy” or do you want to be the person that said “ Boy! Am I enjoying this life today!”
If you look hard, Pwnhomes.com is that picture of what you can have. This site is a labor of love, a gamers vent, a investors tool, and our readers rock to build on.
the_homepwnerer and Scott are just gamers. L33t and Ub3r gamers, but still.. gamers.
What we learned was this: To be a gamer, we have to quit working. To quit working we needed passive income. To get passive income we need a leveraged asset that produces income. This asset is real estate. If this asset is properly bought, held, and then sold under favorable conditions, our goal could be obtained.
We then put this plan into action.
Whatever you want to do in life – put the plan in action.
Otherwise, enjoy your evenings when you get home from work.. that’s the only free time you'll have.. N00b!
