Let me break down how you lazy bums are going to learn real estate and like it.  

Whether you got rug-rats keeping you tied down, or you just can't get to work on time - everyone's got a excuse for why they don't take time to actually learn to invest.  Well, you have no more excuses, noobs.

If you really want to quit going to the store late at night so people don't see you whip out the welfare grocery card, I have your ticket to the fast track!

Go buy yourself a mp3 player and hit the apple store and pick up those books you don't know how to read.

It's all in audio, so you no longer have to call in your kid to explain what dilapidated means, cause you have found out about technology!

To tell you the truth - I use to read 2 to 3 real estate books a month, many years ago.  I just don't have the time for that anymore.  Nowadays, I like to take my trusty iPhone (your buddy has one, but you can't afford it), and in between laughing at the emails you guys send me, I listen to new real estate books on it.
