Location IS Important!
Next time you’re out running around looking for a job, take a look around and see where the best established companies are situated.You will notice that the ones that have been around a long time are either on the corner, have the largest lot, or may even have the best parking. Some notable examples are McDonalds, Starbucks, and Subway. If you all the sudden see one of these pop up in a area that looks barren, be ready! There’s about to be some major development coming!
