Stop listening to all the media talk about what to do with your money.  Do your research, read the bloggers, and study the trends. 

If you hear on the news that Detroit is selling houses for $5000.00, how many other Noobs do you think saw that same thing on the news?  A lot. 

So – what makes you think you are the only one that is going to go up there and buy those houses?  Your not, and not only that – by the time you get to them, they are now costing $10,000 to $20,000 for the same house!
