In case you noobs find work?

I just closed on a new house, so going to take a break for a few days..  Anyone want to get pwned in some COD:WAW?

Ok..  So most of you are here to learn about investing.  Thats all fine and all, and I love to teach it to you guys, but sometimes you gotta just take a break and get your pwn on.

If you haven't played Call of Duty: World At War - go check it out.  Modern Warfare 2 will be out on the shelf soon, and if you want to get some practice in before I pwn you in that one..  well, you better start playing!!

Heres to pwning enough houses in the RL that you have time to pwn noobs  in the GL!!

If your always playing games, how you have time to buy houses. I just started learning abiout investing and it seems like it would take a lot of time.

I have a question:

We (me and my husband) are planning to start investing. We havent yet because we are not sure if we can afford to get into this market. I have heard there are good deals, but we havent really been able to find any that do cash flow like you always talk about. Can you explain what you consider cash flow? Maybe we are being too conservative?
