Stop listening to all the media talk about what to do with your money. Do your research, read the bloggers, and study the trends.
If you hear on the news that Detroit is selling houses for $5000.00, how many other Noobs do you think saw that same thing on the news? A lot.

Location IS Important!
Next time you’re out running around looking for a job, take a look around and see where the best established companies are situated.
You will notice that the ones that have been around a long time are either on the corner, have the largest lot, or may even have the best parking. Some notable examples are McDonalds, Starbucks, and Subway. If you all the sudden see one of these pop up in a area that looks barren, be ready! There’s about to be some major development coming!

It is common to think that if you are a good customer, you should get a discount.
It is also pretty well known that if you refer someone you should also get a discount. I bet you didn’t know that you can get a discount on your title insurance whether you are a frequent flier or not. Let me tell you noobs how it’s done.
First off, find yourself a title company in your local area that you are familiar with. If you don’t know one, call a mortgage broker or insurance agency and ask them who they work with on a regular basis.
Depending on the strategy of investing you are doing will determine the type of discount you can expect. If you play your cards right, you may save yourself 100’s of dollars on your next title search!

Has Google finally hit a wall?
Over the past few months, it seems that the GIANT we all know as the mega search engine Google.com has finally shown some signs of weakness.
At one point in time, before Google took on creating operating systems, google voice, or even google ads - we had a giant to be reckoned with.

Do you have the money?
You want to buy a home, but your deal is on the line because you might not have the money to close? Hold on. So your saying you have 8 grand in the bank, but your mortgage broker says you cant use it? What?!?
This is not your typical scenario but it does happen.
